Hi there! We are Tom and Smalls. Well, Tom and Negar; my nickname is Smalls and that is basically what I go by these days. Our lifelong goal is to explore the world. I grew up watching Rick Steves travel around Europe and hoped to visit one day. Little did I know that my travels to Europe would be on Rick's tour. While saving our pennies, Tom and I knew that Rick's tour was the best choice for us because we had not been to Europe before. Tom was dreaming of going to Europe for years. We had the time of our lives!!!

A few weeks ago, I was on Rick's site when I found out about the scrapbook competition. I thought "hmmm, I wonder if I can convince Tom to make this with me to publish our memories forever." So here it is: our scrapbook. Well, a snapshot of it to the right. The tour starts with the link at the bottom of this page.

DISCLAIMER: If you are wondering why there are no museum pictures, it's plain and simple: we didn't take any. Tom and I decided that when it came to visiting museums and galleries, we were going to just soak it all in and let our memories hold on to the Mona Lisa, Michelangelo's David, the Sistine Chapel, and the hundreds of other fantastic art pieces we saw. Tom created all of the scrapbook graphics using Adobe Illustrator. It took him a couple days to get the hang of it, but I think he did a pretty good job ;)

Our Guides Around Europe

Dave, our guide and Asa, our assistant guide traveled with us throughout the entire tour. They were both fantastic and we hope to see them someday around Europe.
